What does shipping cost?

Shipping cost are based on your location and total order weight. Your shipping charges and options will be calculated and displayed in your cart & on the checkout. We do our best to offer free shipping to all our customers but in some cases this is not possible due to the high costs of freight.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day from time of order. Please refer to the below delivery time table as a guide:

Australia Post and many other major courier companies are seeing a substantial increase in volume as more people are shopping online which is impacting the network. Unfortunately, this means your parcel delivery may be delayed, they are doing everything they can to minimise delays. What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately once orders have been placed we are unable to make any changes, this is due to the fact we have multiple locations which we dispatch orders from. If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist. Please note a 20% restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes you will receive an email with your orders tracking details as soon as we have processed the order, you can also log in to your account and view your previous orders which also has a link to track your delivery.

Please note that tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to become active. If you have any concerns please feel free to contact us.

Warranty & Returns Policy

RETURNS: Once your order is placed and confirmed, providing the order has not shipped we are able to cancel your order without charge. If your order has been dispatched unfortunately we are unable to cancel the order but you may post back the item/s to us at your expense and we will refund you less a 20% restocking fee.

Items must be in original conditions including all tag, packages and boxes unopened. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed and registered post is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for any damages or loss in transit.

WARRANTY: All warranty periods are specified on the individual product page. If there is no warranty specified on the product page there is no warranty offered for this particular product.

All warranties are offered on a back to base condition. Please ensure proof of purchase is retained and presented at time of warranty claim.
