How To Use A Dog Nail Grinder & Cat Nail Trimmer

Using nail clippers or a pet nail grinder is a daunting thought. In fact, this is one of the main reasons people sent their pet to a groomer. Users are normally worried about cutting the nail down too far. With our cordless electric nail clippers, that fear is gone. The grinder is simple to use and just requires you to retract the cat or dogs nail and place the grinder on the nail. It will then quickly file down the nail, removing the tip. It’s designed to be quiet, so your pet won’t be spooked by the sound. You’ll then need to continue until all nails are done. Just by touching the nails, you’ll be able to feel if they’ve been ground down or not.

If you’d prefer to clip the nails instead, there is an interchangeable attachment for that too. You just place the tip of the nail in the small hole at the top of the clipper.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately once orders have been placed we are unable to make any changes, this is due to the fact we have multiple locations which we dispatch orders from. If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist. Please note a 20% restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders.


Can I track my order?

Yes you will receive an email with your orders tracking details as soon as we have processed the order, you can also log in to your account and view your previous orders which also has a link to track your delivery.

Please note that tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to become active. If you have any concerns please feel free to contact us.

Warranty & Returns Policy

 

RETURNS: Once your order is placed and confirmed, providing the order has not shipped we are able to cancel your order without charge. If your order has been dispatched unfortunately we are unable to cancel the order but you may post back the item/s to us at your expense and we will refund you less a 20% restocking fee.

Items must be in original conditions including all tag, packages and boxes unopened. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed and registered post is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for any damages or loss in transit.

 

WARRANTY: All warranty periods are specified on the individual product page. If there is no warranty specified on the product page there is no warranty offered for this particular product.

All warranties are offered on a back to base condition. Please ensure proof of purchase is retained and presented at time of warranty claim.
