PETKIT FRESH ELEMENT Mini Pet Feeder is small, but very smart. The mini feeder is only 0.017m³, equivalent to approximately 5 packs of tissues, but can store up to 2.8L of pet food. It can also personalise food dispensing amounts from 5g to 50g. Featuring a dual fresh lock system to keep the food dry and fresh, this smart pet feeder can be programmed and controlled from anywhere by connecting with the Petkit APP on your smartphone.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately once orders have been placed we are unable to make any changes, this is due to the fact we have multiple locations which we dispatch orders from. If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist. Please note a 20% restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes you will receive an email with your orders tracking details as soon as we have processed the order, you can also log in to your account and view your previous orders which also has a link to track your delivery.

Warranty & Returns Policy


RETURNS: Once your order is placed and confirmed, providing the order has not shipped we are able to cancel your order without charge. If your order has been dispatched unfortunately we are unable to cancel the order but you may post back the item/s to us at your expense and we will refund you less a 20% restocking fee.

Items must be in original conditions including all tag, packages and boxes unopened. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed and registered post is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for any damages or loss in transit.


WARRANTY: All warranty periods are specified on the individual product page. If there is no warranty specified on the product page there is no warranty offered for this particular product.
