Our Chinchilla range provides luxury, comfort and style complementing today’s modern décor while providing optimum comfort for your pet. The Australian Made Chinchilla cuddler invites hours of delicious snoozing for your pet to snuggle, cuddle, curl or stretch. Finished in the plushest grey-toned faux fur the soft outer walls protect and cocoon while the removable cushion is filled with just enough Snoozafill® for those pets who like to nest. Features non-slip base and removable and washable covers on both the outer ring and cushion. Zippered access to the Snoozafill* filled inners means you can top up your filling if you ever need to or make use of our Laundry Bag if your complete Cuddler doesn't fit your washing machine.

Shipping cost are based on your location and total order weight. Your shipping charges and options will be calculated and displayed in your cart & on the checkout. We do our best to offer free shipping to all our customers but in some cases this is not possible due to the high costs of freight.

RETURNS: Once your order is placed and confirmed, providing the order has not shipped we are able to cancel your order without charge. If your order has been dispatched unfortunately we are unable to cancel the order but you may post back the item/s to us at your expense and we will refund you less a 20% restocking fee.
Items must be in original conditions including all tag, packages and boxes unopened. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed and registered post is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for any damages or loss in transit.
WARRANTY: All warranty periods are specified on the individual product page. If there is no warranty specified on the product page there is no warranty offered for this particular product.
All warranties are offered on a back to base condition. Please ensure proof of purchase is retained and presented at time of warranty claim.
