What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
The delivery charges are to cover the cost for packaging and the courier company. To remain competitive within the market we also offer free postage over $39 Australia wide.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept payments through stripe which supports Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple pay and google pay on selected devices, along with Paypal. We are also proud to offer Zippay, Laybuy & AfterPay which allows you to pay your order over 4 installments to approved customers.
How long will delivery take?
Our orders are shipped through reputable carriers such as Australia Post, Fastways, TNT and Toll IPEC to name a few. For orders in Metro areas delivery can take between 1-3 business days and regional areas between 4 to 10 business days. Please refer to our shipping and delivery page for further details.

We use only reputable companies to process and protect your personal information such as Stripe, PayPal, AfterPay, Zippay & Laybuy
What exactly happens after ordering?
After your order is placed we process your order within 24 hours. Once your order has been processed you will receive a order confirmation with your tracking details.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
All confirmed orders are sent a invoice via email. You will also be able to download invoices through your my account page.
