This cat scratching pole met my expectations - prompt delivery, easy to put together, heavy enough for my big cats to be able to stretch and claw without fear of it toppling over, and doesn't take up much space. Perfect!
Still smelling good 2 weeks later. Used this shampoo after my dog decided to jump into the local creek. It's really nice and left my pup feeling fresh. Highly recommend.
I was thrilled to receive this package after saving the $ for some time. It’s been so convenient not having to tend to 3 standard litter boxes for 2 cats multiple times a day! My cats took well to the Litter Robot pretty well, on initial inspection they were quite curious and sniffed around prior to poking their heads in. I did have to change the litter to the small sand-like clumping litter. I previously was using the clay litter which was too big to fit through sifting screen (It’s advised in the manual booklet to switch).
It was a challenge to set up the app, after numerous attempts it finally worked.
It does work quite well to remove the clumped poop and wee, however sometimes not all of it completely falls through to the base, where the bag lies to collect. So some manual hand scooping is required every now and then to fully remove poop. I was hoping this wouldn’t be the case for the amount of money spent on a product designed to completely minimise scooping.
In terms of the smell, I’d say it could do with better smell proofing. After 3-5 days of fresh litter, a smell does penetrate through the base. I do have two cats, but again for the price paid - I’d expect the smell to be way less.
The sensor is quite sensitive and takes a while for the cleaning cycle to re-start. If the sensor is triggered (I believe for safety purposes), the cycle pauses which I understand, but this prolongs the process to restart the cycle and often just gets stuck and we then have to physically press the “cycle” button or actually switch off the Litter Robot to properly restart and do a cleaning cycle.
The empty and changing of bags is easy and I’m glad I am able to use normal heavy duty trash bags.
Besides these cons, i give it 3 stars. I am still within the 90 day return, so will contemplate whether the product could be better in comparison to other cheaper options.
The machine and stairway are great, and working well. The app is absolute garbage and expects you to allow access to all your details (it also doesn't work properly)! Fix the app, and the product would be 5 stars. We're using the machine without the app, accessing everything from the panel. I deleted the app from my phone. Executive summary: the hardware is great, the software is crap.
I am still waiting to receive my purchase.

I'm pleasantly surprised at how sturdy this cat scratching post is. It's exactly what I needed to keep the cats away from my carpet. Good quality. Good price. Super speedy delivery.
Great at cleaning and very quiet. However, there is a smell that lingers as the disposal tray is not really sealed and it is a very small opening and internal space which means my cat ends up peeing in the walls more than in the tray itself as she only just fits inside - and she is not a very big cat.
Really good strong tall and sturdy post.
