What does shipping cost?
*Free Metro Shipping Over $50 (exclusions apply)
Free metro shipping over $50 applies to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT.
Free metro shipping over $79 applies to WA & TAS.
Free metro shipping excludes NT.
Shipping costs are based on your location and total order weight. Your shipping charges and options will be calculated and displayed in your cart & on the checkout. We do our best to offer free shipping to all our customers but in some cases, this is not possible due to the high costs of freight.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day from time of order. Please refer to the below delivery timetable as a guide:

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once orders have been placed, we are unable to make any changes, this is due to the fact we have multiple locations which we dispatch orders from. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist. Please note a 20% restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with your orders tracking details as soon as we have processed the order, you can also log in to your account and view your previous orders which also has a link to track your delivery.
Please note that tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to become active. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us.
